MAN, this show has been on my list for the longest time and I finally got around to it. It has definitely exceeded my expectations. It plays like a really good 80s teen dramedy. Plus, I feel like this show is where a lot of the prominent stars of today got their acting chops. Let's see, besides Franco, Rogan and Segal, we have John Francis Delay, Rashida Jones, Lizzy Caplan, Jason Schwartzman, David Koechner, Martin Starr, and a wee little Shia LaBeouf even. And I'm only about half way through the season!

pure awesomeness. One of the best and clever era accurate shows I have ever seen and probably ever will see. This show had me hooked all the way and leaves you wanting more. So many good actors and familiar faces. Props to Judd Apatow. The music is perfectly flawless too. 10/10 I will watch again and again...

Great show. I was class of '81, and the period-correctness is pretty awesome. Hair, costumes and social conventions are spot-on. In my high school we called the cheerleaders and other "perfect people" socials(they were mostly a disco crowd), and the kickers wore cowboy boots and listened to C&W music. By far the most interesting people were the freaks and geeks.

DAMMIT! only 18 episodes to this show :( was on episode 18 clicked next and there all gone :'( Such a great show tho, Was surprised when ben stiller made a guest appearance lol. would recommend this show!

I grew up in the 70's and this is the closest show that reflects that experience, I can't believe a show so well done is cancelled after one season. At lest it ended on a good note. 10/10

I'm halfway through the season and I'm really surprised at how fantastic this show is. I can't believe it was cancelled after just one season! Such a shame.
