Well, I was looking forward to watching this movie. As the minutes went by I kept waiting for it to engage me on some level but it seems I waited in vain. If the struggle for women's right to vote was as tepid as this movie we would still be waiting. Vanessa Redgrave's character gave me the creeps, Christopher Reeves chauvinistic southern man's accent was terrible and the young heroine had the backbone of a jellyfish. Do not waste your time,as I did, on this movie. I know that with all the talent involved in this film it is hard to believe it is so boring but it is. 1/10
