There were only 6 seasons then the two tv movie specials that aired after CBS cancelled the show. I have heard that if a a tv network wanted to bring back the show or do more tv movie specials that the main original cast and creator or it would love to do it again.

I went in and out of this show when it was first aired. I like most of the support characters but I was never a fan of the main doctor.

it doesn't matter what year it is mothers and daughters will always have things that need to be worked out ....... this was another good episode ..... I remember orignally watching this show with my grandma who has now passed away..... it brings up lots of good memories for me of the time we had together I hope it brings good memories to others as well

this was a sad episode I feel so sorry for the people in the world who have to do with out the basic needs of life I am glad there is help for people in need now days in the past things weren't so easy
