ok,,,so they are looking for a new fresh 'pop star' yet the singers always sing such old fashioned music that has absolutely no relevance to todays modern pop world. even when they get to choose their own song they choose a really old song that is nowhere near close to the kind of record they would release if they won the show. i mean 'sittin on the doc of the bay!!??' cmon really?..all these girls sang old songs except the one who sang adel but its still an old fashiond kinda sounding song.. so im left wondering wheres the popstars then? i just dont get it!! i dont see a single 'popstar' among these they are just good singers - they need to start singing tracks that have potential to be a fresh modern hit on the radio not recycled old shit just because (it shows off their voice) as they keep saying - sorry for the rant just feel the singers need to get with the times and sing something that could be a hit single

OMG what were the judges thinking giving Jessica that grown woman song ?!!!? I love that song...but the lyrics were so not appropriate for a 16yr old, and her delivery of it was........(scratching my head). Was that a setup by the judges? I want to here what Jimmy has to say about it. Josh & Phillip for the Finale.

OMG, hats off to JOSHUA! His 2nd performance was remarkable, and perfect for the week of Mother's Day. Women were wiping tears from their eyes in the audience it was so good. J.Lo said she seen The Lord :-) ..........and it just hit me as I started this comment that Jesus' real name is said to be Joshua (or rather Yahshua since there was no 'J' in the alphabet back then). Not saying that Josh.L is the Lord or anything like that, but the boy can def take you to church, and seems like a pretty decent fellow. Pretty cool. Overall, loved it and love Josh.....felt very proud to be a woman watching this, and glad to be alive to see it. All women (who can appreciate this genre of music/that song) should see it. Thank you, Joshua - Awesome performance, just awesome! hallelu-YAH! Jessica's 2nd performance was pretty impressive too, esp for a 16 yr old, but I almost didn't make it to it for watching Joshua's so many times. I was like Steven.T - could have went home after that. Filled. Wow.

WOW, THE WILD CARD PERFORMANCES REALLY SHOW WHAT'S WHAT / WHO'S WHO WHEN THE PRESSURE IS ON; PRETTY COOL. I DON'T THINK I'VE EVER WATCHED ONE BEFORE........HAVE TO GO BACK THROUGH THE SEASONS AND CHECK'EM OUT. THAT WAS AWESOME. I STILL THINK JOHNNY WOULD HAVE DONE WELL THOUGH, BUT I GUESS HE HAD A BAD ATTITUDE OR SOMETHING, OR MAYBE HOW HE TRIED TO KEEP PERFORMING ON GROUP NIGHT WHEN ONE OF HIS GROUP MEMBERS COULD HAVE BEEN DYING JUST TURNED THE JUDGES AND PRODUCERS OFF.
