I added this one to my collection took all day to do , but well worth it!Good drama, you would never know it was made for tv, I love the background scenes and the boat and ocean scenes. Well directed , truly a great movie.

This is one of the best movies ever made. Not only does it have a riveting storyline but it also has a stunning cast of African American actors and actresses. I saw this movie back in the 70's and some of the images still haunt me to this day. 10/10

My senior history class just finished watching Roots last week. At first i was dreading having to watch this mini series but as we got further into the show it got really interesting. Some of the historical facts are off but over all its a great insight into slavery and its impact on a family. Best movie ive watched ever in school! Now its time to write my paper on it....i give this mini series 10/10

would love to add this movie to my collection,this one down loads,but will not play,and no program i have will burn it to dvd?i have the other 4 on here and they will burn,why want this one? will some please upload part one that is good please so i can play it in realplayer and burn it to dvd,my mom would love to see this again.thank you.
