YEs, i second your notions. This was indeed one of the finer episodes.

I just got finished watching this series over the last few months and I must say that it was very good! It had great story lines and the characters were all fitting for the show. I would have to say that SG1 is still the better of the 2 but Atlantis was excellent because it offered a totally different scenario and enemy! Kudos to the Stargate series as a whole!!! I give this series a roaring 5/5!

This was an excellent episode! I agree with the other 2 comments, the teamwork for a common enemy was superb! I can't say I like the ending too much though.....enough already!!!!

I must disagree with the previous 2 people who viewed this show, I think it was an excellent episode! It could even be considered scary to an extent because of the seemingly harmless way to contract the entity. This was an excellent episode and I can give it a 5/5!

Excellent episode!!! Losses of some of the main characters are always unsettling but this was a great start to the 4th season!

That was one messed up episode!!!! It was good but I never like when they (writers & producers)do that to a main character...Man!

Teyla finds what she's looking for and a certain drug from before is now wreaking havoc for all in the Pegasus Galaxy. There is a well worth surprise at the end--a great tease for the next episode.

Shows a glimpse of Sheppard's life. It also shows a new evolution of the Humans generated from the nanites.

Teyla sees a new light about her situation. The Wraith, Guide, tells of the turning of the tide of war in favor for the Wraith when they were against the Ancients. The episode clarifies certain aspects about the method of how the Ancients were defeated was created.

The Alliance really shows that adversaries can team up together to vanquish a common enemy--a theme that's usually expressed in the Stargate series. Teyla has new character development created for the next episodes. The end has a new, and interesting twist.

It's a great episode that created some conclusion for many issues in this season--especially about Dr. Weir's fate. The beginning is really tense but it's a worthwhile episode and makes one wonder about the next episode.

Love the Stargate world, it started with Stargate-SG1 and I was a bit reluctant to watch Atlantis thinking that it was going to be terrible. But, I was forced to watch an episode (my brother held the remote hostage) and as soon as I saw Todd I have to admit I got hooked. Christopher Heyerdahl is a brilliant actor and I adore his character Todd. They never should have cancelled the series or the movie.

OMG! That was unexpected.

Eaaa... I don't like the music at the end. It irks of something bad that might happen. I know this because if you watch sci-fi shows long enough the characters talking like nothing is wrong and scary music is not a good sine.

Yea, and they have the nerve to put him in the credits! Maybe they will bring him back.

I liked the episode but like lee said, I is basically a big rescue mission. Good acting though.

I just love Alantis like stargate sg1 it offered so much brilliant cast,story,action,effects... outstanding was sad to see it end :( 10/10

Well the status on the film is "Shelved Indefinitely" so dont get your hopes up. I do hope one day they decide to make it but future does not seem to bright atm. :(

Thx god for Stargate Atlantis, if thier is nothing too watch this is always good too kill some time with.

One of the better episode s it got spaceship combat and drama plus Mckay and Ronan haveing too work together priceless and enjoyabel 8/10.
