This is what I have gathered so far about this season.I would like opinions... 1.) It seems Rebeka's grandad knows about her and that's she's the spiting image of her grandmother, or the Tommy's wife that he murdered and went to Alcatraz for. Still don't know if he wants to hurt her... 2.) Rebeka's uncle knows about Alcatraz and the 63s or the 200+ prisoners and guards that disappeared from the prison. 3.) Seems that the people behind the disappearance of all the prisoners want Tommy back but who knows why. Is it that he isn't following the agenda, or is it that he's a liability to their grand plan? Or is his blood special as they mentioned that they took a lot of blood from him when he was in the slammer? But they also did this to some of the prisoners we'd seen already so I don't know what to make of it. Any thoughts? Or is Agent Houser involved in the disappearance conspiracy but Tommy isn't playing along? 4.) The uncle protected his brother "Tommy" but not any longer, because he took care of his son instead. According to him this is the reason he left. Or is it? and how did he know when to leave before everybody disappeared? 5.) Agent Houser seems to be both good/bad but I don't know. Regardless, it seems that he really wants the prisoners back. Also Rebeka guessed correctly that she is very valuable to him, but its too soon to see why besides her connection to Tommy. 6.) What is behind that heavy door the warden took that inmate behind? Also he had one of the "keys" that are always found on some of the inmates. 7.) Are all the prisoners/prison personnel that disappeared have a mission or only some of them? Remember sharpshooter and the kid killer didn't seem to have an alternative mission beside their killings. What do you guys think?
