My Cat from Hell: What is the shortest measurable amount of time? You’d think the answer would involve advanced physics, something to do with some invisible force and nanoseconds. But no. Scientists now agree that the shortest measurable amount of time is the micro-instant between when a person first acquires a cat and when that person feels the need to use the phrase “bad kitty.” The list of cat misbehaviors — scratching, biting, yowling, spraying, furniture wrecking, drapery shredding, hairball disgorging — is so long that it’s amazing that the animals can find time to get the 20 hours of sleep they seem to need per day. Most cats, though, know how to balance their evil tendencies with general adorableness, so that their owners are too busy reaching for the video camera to notice the claw marks on their upholstery and the blood on their arms. That’s most cats. But the beasts in “My Cat From Hell,” a series that begins on Saturday on Animal Planet, are an entirely different story. These cats are the Regan MacNeils of the feline world: hissing, clawing, cursing, eyes aglow with demonic possession. But whereas Regan, the kid in “The Exorcist,” warranted a visit from a priest, these animals get a dude named Jackson Galaxy. |

this should show people that animals are more then just something you buy. They have to be thought of and cared for more so then just feeding them. I bought wall shelfs for my cat after watching an episode and it really made a difference and I like to see them have a better qulaity of life and be happy.

This show is so fun to watch and learn so many things about cat. It should be recommended shows for all potential family who are thinking of adopting a kitty from shelter. Problems are most likely on human not a cat.

LOVE this show! It's hilarious! The "cat whisperer" (as I like to call him) is the last person you would expect to see knocking on your door to help "fix" your cat... or in most cases, the owners. I have 2 of my own, they are my boys, my children, and I was actually very surprised to see that most of his suggestions are things we already do. My boys and I do the "blinking" back and forth all the time. I call it "playing eyes", they love it! I actually learn and take in a lot from this show too! It's kind of sad how most of these owners don't know that it takes SO MUCH MORE to taking care of them than just feeding and watering them.

this show is amazing. as the owner of a rescued feral cat i deal with getting bit multiple times a day. jacksons insight into cats has given me a lot of ideas to try.

Cats are so cool. You really just need to vibe on them and then its pretty easy to put them in kitty euphoria heaven. That look they give you when they are under is hilarious. Like you have lights and all sorts of things popping out of you and they are just like "wow your groovy maaaan". Oh yeah cool show!

Brilliant show, I loved watching it as a cat owner and got some good tips. Plus I bought some of the gadgets used in the series, I really recommend 'Da Bird'! Jackson Galaxy is also a great guy to watch, hes really nice and its good to see him interact with all the cats he helps out.
