I would like to add to the Canadian commentary and just say that I absolutely LOVE Russell Howard! I love his standup but this show is fuckin hilarious. Admittedly yes, he is very English and a lot of his jokes have to do with British politics, but he also has a lot of observational humour to do with funny stories about his life and comical interpretations. He also just has such an interesting and unique outlook on life and funny shit we all think about or do when we're alone but never really tell anyone else lol.

Not English here but adore the humour wholeheartedly, in fact the only style that strikes a funnybone. If anything American comedy is predictable and bland. This is why I LOVE LOVE LOVE this site, have so many BBC comedies in my playlists and well as some movies. Give me a British comedy anyday and a foreign film over the American clap trap of rubbish. Does anyone here in the US have an original idea anymore....::::sigh::::: btw have me a tea drinker for 40 yrs what point did your comment prove? PS just found "How Not To Live Your Life" soooo soooo funny.

Well, on the other side of sweetfeat's comment. I'm Canadian, I love British humor, and stuff like Buzzcocks, Mock the Week, QI, and yes, Russell Howard, kills me. I just laughed so hard I couldn't even breathe. He is absolutely amazing.

I congratulate you on your excellent taste! And may I recommend some other British comedy (which i'm sure you know of but I feel I should promote anyway) like, The Mighty Boosh, Green Wing, How Not to Live Your Life(s1), The Day Today, The Inbetweeners, Black Books and the IT Crowd. Nice icon btw - Misfits is an amazing show.
