this show is absolutely brilliant.gary is the best character by far.not sure about the guy who plays him but he is one talented guy.

I'm so down with Alphas, this show is so good, I hope it has like 7 or 8 seasons. Mt feels have been permanently activated.

I really like this show. It seems kind of like the recruiting of people with heightened abilities like those in 'Wanted' with the sometimes the ability types of 'Push', 'X-Men' characters thrown in fro variety! Thumbs up SyFy, I might think about watching actual tv in the future.

didnt like the pilot. the black guy looked like he couldnt even control his own strength without passing out. the wave lenghts dude looks like a retard with his hand gestures and the girl that can make people do things just by telling them has got to have the most cliche abilities ever. although i did find that other chick's powers to be of the coolest . being able to enhance her senses, now thats awesome. but im still saying this episode wasnt that good . next one might be better.

That's so true. I saw the blue light glowing as they touched each other, but never imagined that it could possibly be this. Nice observation!

Okay, color me Old World Coldblooded but I don't believe anyone should wrestle with their conscience when presented with the opportunity to off a threat to humanity. Especially if said Bad Guy killed someone you loved. This ending was too comic book simple for my taste. Paraphrasing Kat, 'If you are going to get involved with nasty, bad stuff, have the balls to see it through.'

Great episode with an amazing ending. The showdown should be awesome.

Finally, this show is getting some fire in its belly! Good times ahead, for sure!

This show is quickly maturing, growing past its early adolescent relationships, replacing them with more honest and layered interactions. Great episode.

Wow. I loved Gary (Ryan Cartwright) in this. From seeing him in Bones and going from that to this is spectacular, he is such a good actor.. :) Love this show..
