I wouldn't consider them similarities... compare the 1 episode of the American version and this. the storyline is exactly the same with some differences.

Regarding the previous episode (spoilers blablabla): Why don't they simply talk to each other?! why keep so many secrets?! ex: "hey guys, I have a burn in my arm so I might be dangerous for Eve"

why is it that some deaths don't "produce" ghosts?!

Annie can hide the baby in her clothes but she can't freaking steal stuff exactly in the same way!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!

Do vampires face the ghosts from their victims!? (and it makes me think: Mitchell said he remembered the faces from every victim, but he didn't recognized the one that "helped" him in purgatory!)

Mitchell had a problem with Herrick, Hal has a problem with the new guy... BTW, why was basically all the old cast renewed except Annie? is her new unfinished business the baby?

Ok, I don't consider myself a genius, but why doesn't Annie "teleport" more often!? instead she goes on running chasing a car?!

On the beginning of last episode I just thought: "something has to happen to George's life, because the synopsis isn't valid anymore, they stopped living together!" and it happened! (I'm writing it here due to spoilers, anyone seeing this episode has seen episode 7...)

On my mind: werewolves are much more independent than vampires...? George gets scratched, figures out what happened and lives with it without another werewolf to tutor him. Vampires can't take care of themselves... at least in this series...

I thought the US version was waaay better and watching this I couldn't stand their accent. But somehow it grew on me. I couldn't stop watching it and I really didn't want it to end. I even caught a bit of an English accent and a few words here and there... my friends think its weird lol.

what a sweet ending. not perfect but good. I will miss the show and all the gang terribly though.

they put too much too fast into one episode. This show is practically on life support! how can you kill off 3 of the four original cast. annie is great of course but without Mitchel George and Nina it's not the same show at all. what a let down... :(

USA version is much more developed.... A lot of story is missing in the UK version....

good thing the US version has gotten better because this show is going down the toilet without George and Mitchell... pity

What Tasha said. Soooooo much better then the US version. Why do they always try to outdo the shows of other countries is beyond me. They have never done it better and never will.

Glad this show has been axed, the US version totally kicked its ass. This is like a school play compared.

As an Englishman I have to admit the UK version is so lame compared to the US masterpiece. Down rate my comment if you agree, which I know you do but that English pride, eh?
