A brilliant documentary styled series that shows us the horrors and pain of hoarding. Some of these hoarders teach us life lessons about others as well as ourselves. It is so hard to let go of things, and it makes us all feel like we are losing a special memory or piece of our life that means so much to us. this series show us that overall people and relationships are much more important than things. In season 3, episode 1, we see two families . The first, a mother of two daughters who recently lost her first husband to death and her second husband to clutter. Her name is Adele, her daughters feel like they are fighting a losing battle when it comes to moms attachment to things. Resulting in some really drastic and serious moments , with her daughters telling their mom how they feel and laying all that built up emotion and disappointment at moms feet. Both daughters impromptu speeches are moving and insightful. The second family, Kerri and Terri are in jeopardy of losing their young son and daughter because of hazardous conditions in the home.
