I really really want to watch the original UK version, since I love the US one, but I have such a hard time understanding what they're saying. Maybe I should try watching with a caption on? I wonder if it's this hard for those in the UK to watch the US version? Someday I WILL watch it!!

This episode seems like it was cloned for the US version.... I watched the US version first... is this even worth watching? does the story line go in a different direction, or is this redundant. I prefer the US cast... as well as the dynamics of the interracial aspects...they add a little more to the mix. I guess I'll pick an episode or 2 at random and see what turns up. lol

no we dont its probably because our slang is regional different parts of the country have completely different dialects so if we can understand most if not all of our own its not hard to imagine why we can understand yours...this is set in manchester and liverpool is only about 30 miles away and its probably more different than your west coast and east coast...if that makes sense

we all get tons of US tv all our lives, from sesame st on up, so we can hear it .. US ppl dont get our TV shows or accents tho, its harder for them
