Party of Five is an incredible show that aired from 1994 to 2000. I was a very loyal Party of Five viewer. The story begins with their parents death due to a drunk driver, and the oldest boy Charlie (Matthew Fox) tries to take over as head of the family and to raise his young siblings. But really the show evolves with all it challenges and changes, and it becomes more about them helping to raise one another without any parent(s). Party of Five is a great show, with amazing story-lines and stories within those story-lines; it had a lot of passion and emotion with real life issues. The acting is excellent and from some very young actors. The cast of Party of Five included many talented young actors including Matthew Fox (Charlie), Neve Campbell (Julia), Scott Wolf (Bailey), Lacey Chabert (Claudia), Jennifer Love Hewitt (Sarah), Jeremy London (Griffin), Scott Grimes (Will), Jennifer Aspen (Daphne), and Paula Devicq (Kirsten)...among other talented actors/actresses.
I know many people watched and loved Party of Five; and Party of Five was quite a hit show. It surprises me that with so many good comments here on 1channel that Party of Five has such a low star rating on this series' main page (only 2 out of 5 stars **/*****). Hopefully the individual episodes are rated much higher. Party of Five produced many future TV and movie stars; there was quite a bit of talent, as shown above! I hope the Party of Five fans continue to give good comments; also remember to always rate the shows episodes, and/or series, by using the Star***** method. Hopefully, it will eventually give this shows main page it's proper star ratings ;-}. Can't wait to watch these episodes again! Thanks to all the up-loaders! This is a truly remarkable and very memorable, passionate, emotional series.
