Saw your comment on the movie, 'The I Inside'.
Here's my take: (1) Simon is married to Anna, while Simon's brother, Peter, is engaged to Claire. (2) Simon and Claire are having an affair. (3) Peter catches Simon and Claire expressing their love to one another, however, Anna is already aware of their affair. (4) Peter tells Claire to leave. (5) During the ensuing argument, Peter falls over the railing. (6) Simon is driving his brother to the hospital, as Claire is driving back for Simon, when they crash into one another on the one way road. (7) Peter and Claire die. (6) Simon awakes from his coma, only to be reminded by his wife Anna about his affair.
