*Note to all: if you want to read more diverse opinions change your comment section to "Date" rather than "usefulness" because one thumbs down from a homer of the film sends the comment to purgatory. Then you're only left with comments that say all these movies are great and waste your time watching lame ones. Who's got time for that?

I've been a member for awhile and have seen a variety of films and the comments about them. I know we all have different tastes but it seems like there's a big tendency to over-rate films. I mean, 10 out of 10 for a movie like "Candyman"? Come on peeps - you're saying that movie is as good as The Exorcist, or The Shining in horror, or The Godfather or Gone with the Wind with a rating like that! You can't go any higher than 10 - this ain't Spinal Tap. Reflect a little before you blow your 10 wad.
