right click on the picture you want to send and then click on copy picture url ... then in this window where you type there is a little icon of a tree looks like this 
click on that and paste the url in there and then just send it .. and the picture will load you can also send a typed message if you want to or you can just send the picture ... its pretty simple to work everything on this site once you get things figured out ... it took me a while to get the hang of things too ...
I am sorry you got banned but if you get the ban taken off now you know how to post pictures ... I gave you some good karma but you are still in the - sorry ...
